Default Waterfall Technique

Does anyone have the directions / instructions on how to create the "waterfall" technique. It looks terrific, but I have not been able to figure it out.

Thanks

Thanks so much for the terrific instructions on how to make the "waterfall" cards.

I like this card!!! it's really fun to make. After you do one, to figure it out, you'll want to cut enough for 3-4 or more and make a bunch at once!!

Wow! That is a stunner! But I'm glad I found this thread because I have a sort of a stupid question about waterfall cards. Do you use a full card for the base, or just a card front? I've only ever seen them as swaps, and I was wondering. . . because you get the greeting when you pull the bottom, do you need the full card to open? Am I making sense?

TIA.

Ok I must have missed something here. I went to the link for the directions and I don't know what I'm looking at. I saw some page about message boards and don't see anything regarding stamping. Please help me. I have been looking for these directons.
Thanks for helping the directions impaired!
