Black is the BEST! I've used Gold Encore Ink and stamped a tiger on one, a German Shepherd Dog on another. They look absolutely gorgeous when finished.

I haven't done this, but have seen a bracelet with the black polyshrink and they used white craft ink. I think you can also somehow use pearlEx on the black polyshrink. Not sure how though. I would be interested in what other have one and if anyone has used pearlex on it.
I made a charm for my husband's V-day mini-book using the black polyshrink and the white craft pad. I used the Soft Swirls BG stamp and let the ink dry over night. Then I just cut out few random shapes and shrunk them. One reminder: poke the hole BEFORE you shrink it.
The white ink creats a raised image on the polyshrink; it turned out really cool.
