Question what is this technique?

Can someone tell me the name of this technique...
where you stamp on designer paper and then cut it out?

Here's a sample from the gallery:

Thanks!

Thank you for asking about this! I have been looking at these cards with that set, and also the chef cards, and none of them look like they have been cut out! Is that basically it though? They are stamped onto the designer paper, cut out and then adhesived on? If so- you people cut perfectly! ;)
