First of all, everyone please, PLEASE--if you need the file emailed to you, send me a Private Message with your email address. Please DO NOT post your email address in public where the SPAM-bots can find it and put you on their SPAM lists!
Secondly, I really encourage you to first try step by step the directions I have given for downloading the file. Most people I have suggested this to have found that on re-trying, it works for them. Again, you will need to download the file to your computer by RIGHT-clicking on the file name and saving it there. Just left clicking on the file name will not do the job. If, after carefully trying the directions I give in my original message, it still doesn't work for you, I am happy to email the file to anyone who sends me their email address in a private message.
I cannot send the file right now because I'm at work, but when I get home I'll check for private messages and email the file to those who need it.
