Smile Adding glimmer with Pearl Ex
I love the effects of the Twinkling H2O, however I want to try to get the same effect using a SU product. Is there a way to use Pearl Ex or any other product?

I seem to remember being able to mix it with Gum Arabic and water to create something similar? HTH!
