I've been checking Oozak.com for the past 6 weeks and the Copic update always says they expect shipment within a couple of weeks. I called and just got their answering machine. Has anyone been able to make contact and get a better estimate than the perpetual 'couple of weeks'? Also, it usual for this site to be so slow getting shipments or is this out of the norm? Just wondering if I should continue to be patient or just give up and look elsewhere. Thanks!
I'm surprised that you are not getting a response from them. I've ordered from them repeatedly and will continue to do so. They have amazing shipping speed... I ordered from them last week and within 15 minutes they had packed and shipped my order. When I got the notice, I realized it had the wrong addy, so I emailed them and within minutes they emailed me back and had it fixed. I've always heard good things about them.
If they have items in stock, trust me...they ship VERY quickly!! I have ordered numerous Copics from them and they are great with communication for every step of the order and shipping process. I even got a personal f/u call from Rusty at one point. Great company to deal with and yes, if you make sure you're registered when you go to their site, you get an even greater discount than initially listed.

Another satisfied Oozak customer - these guys could actually run a course on setting up a customer friendly website, customer service and small business organization. They are great IMHO!
scrapbookingalley.com has good prices on Copics, although not quite as low as Oozak. But, shipping is always free, no minimum order. Also, scrap-mart.com has decent prices too with free shipping, no minimum. I have always been satisfied with Oozak in the past, but have recently used these other two sites just to satisfy my addiction. LOL!
