I placed an order for something I saw on their channel on Sept. 23rd. My order summary indicated that it would be shipped from their US warehouse. I didn't even know they had one here. It was supposed to arrive within 5 to 10 business days. When it didn't, I emailed their customer service. I was told that I should give it 15 business days, since it was being shipped from the UK. So I did. When it didn't arrive, I contacted them again, and I was told to give it "a few more days." After 5 more days, I contacted them a final time to ask for a refund or expedited shipping with tracking. I was told they couldn't ship that way, and to give it 25 calendar days from the date of the order.
I waited until 26 days after the order, and I contacted PayPal to open a dispute. They immediately escalated it to a claim, since I've already contacted the seller 3 times. They will have until October 30th to respond, and 20 days to rectify the problem. If neither of these happens, I will receive a refund.
I checked the C & C website, and they have a rating of 1 star. Almost everyone who has ordered from them has been unhappy. Some have been waiting for orders for 3+ months. I don't wait that long for any order. I should have checked their reputation before I ordered. That's why I'm letting everyone here know.
I have had similar experience to both of you -- 1st order - I had to cancel my credit card because it was hacked. I had forgotten to update this order with the new account number - Actually I thought that the order would have been processed under the new account by my provider - I was wrong. I didn't see any notice from C&C but they put my account on hold and charged me the admin fee - pretty steep at $20 or more for cancelling an order. I cleared that up - I had to wait a couple of days to be able to access my account -- but then received my order in a timely manner. Just recently placed another order - more items this time. Some of it came in on a timely basis -- other items got caught in US Customs. I sent an inquiry via email to follow up on the missing items. I got a relatively quick response , via email. and the items started to trickle in under their new estimated time. My order is now complete but took longer than anticipated. I will be cautious if ordering again from them. Only things that I need and can't get elsewhere. -- I will have to redefine "Need"..

I did not have a good experience, either, and will not order from them again. I still watch from time to time, good stamping demos from some of their vendors.Mary Beth
MaryBeth, I've stopped watching, but I do miss the demos and ideas. I'll probably start watching again, but I'll never order from them again. I can buy most of the things I like on the show from other places anyway. I just had wanted to give them some business because I enjoy the show so much. Oh, well. Lesson learned, and PayPal has never disappointed me yet, so I'm confident that I'll win the claim.
And now they've deleted my account. When my password wouldn't work, I tried to re-set it. I received a message that said that my email address wasn't recognized. Now that's the way to run a business.
Hi all, yes I've had all the above mentioned problems and have called customer service many times. Twice I never received the products after waiting and waiting and calling. Turns out that they ran out of product and didn't bother to contact me so I was given refunds. I buy from them but am always prepared for chaos and disappointment!
