Because of a stupid thing I did, my C plate cracked. I've not seen C plates for sale anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get another one. I have taped it back together using wide packing tape, and it's holding up pretty well. But I don't know how long that will last.
I ordered some 'C' plates from JoAnn's a couple ow weeks ago. They were on sale, $7.69, I think. I have never seen them in any of the stores I frequent.
Just checked JoAnn and the 'C' plates are no longer on sale. Regular price $10.00+. Use NEV073, it's the 40% off code for online shopping until Mar 14.

Well, I'm just headed off to bed, but I'm pretty sure I have an extra I can sell you...I remember buying it right at the beginning not realizing that (in theory) they don't generally need replacing. PM me if you want me to check...
I broke mine a few weeks ago; couldn't find them at Michael's, AC Moore or Joanns so I ordered it from a LSS but it still hasn't come in; luckily, one of the pieces is big enough to use in the meantime.

mine has cracked too and i havent used it that much so i m a bit unsure if i should contact the ppl who makes the cuttlebug first......

I got mine at Memory Miser!! Great service--- Last year...mine broke when I used it with B plate and Sizzlet!!! should've used two B plates!-oh,well...good luck!
Lois, bad news! I don't have a C plate after all... I just got back from Michael's (I couldn't even remember what I'd paid for it!) and realized that they don't even carry the C plate! I must have had it in my mind that my extra A plate was the one you were looking for. I'm so sorry to get your hopes up...
It does seem odd that so few places carry the C plates...although I really haven't heard of many breaking, it seems like it could happen, so why not offer replacements? Good luck finding one!
Hey, Lois, sorry to hear about your C plate! Yikes! I found a plastics/acrylic place near me that cuts my B and C plates for me at less than 1/2 the price of buying them from anybody else. I just took my worn out plates in and they cut more out of the same kind of material. They do my sizzix plate replacements as well.
I ordered one from joann.com, and someone had posted a "free shipping" code in another thread. Hopefully, it will be in stock and gets shipped to me. I've read about some bad experiences with joann.com -- although I have never experienced any. Thanks for all the sympathy and leads.
