CB Embossing preorder- has anyone gotten

I emailed them last week and still have not heard anything back. How do you go about cancelling your preorder?
I still have a copy of my invoice, should I just call the customer service phone #.
I'm tired of waiting and want my $ back.

Just FYI, I ordered mine on May 23 at 3:51 AM (according to my printed receipt) I received them in the mail this past Saturday (8/9) I did not receive an email notifying me of the shipment. My friend ordered May 23 at 4:44 PM she was notified by email this past Friday of her shipment and she received them on Monday (8/11).

i had ordered on jul 4th.....i emailed her several times before i cancelled. other folks were receving them from other sites and i was afraid that they would be out of stock by the time i came up for delivery

she did answer emails within a day....always saying they were in the process of shipping orders according to first ordered. by then i had looked at other sites, who claimed they were in stock and would be delivered the same or next day.

so i emailed OMC again and she offered a refund...which i accepted.

for people who ordered end of May...it is frustrating that other companies are shipping orders not made till the end of july !

i just got a message from busybee.com...i had ordered 2 of one set and only got one. i didnt even notice and had forgotten the extra ordered for my daughter !! they are shipping that one today with apologies ! now that is impressive

Guess what showed up today? My new embossing folders FINALLY! I'm still not very happy about no emails or communication from OMC. This will be my last order with them. Someone else will be getting my business from now on.

At least after waiting so long I can finally play now. Yipee !!!!!

did you get the holiday one? When did you order.. I orderd the end of May an got the other ones a few weeks ago, but have not gotten the seasonal ones yet..
