I store mine in one of those plastic expandable files. I keep the cutting mats and blades in the first compartment and then group similar shapes and alphabets in the remaining compartments. I like this because it is easy to transport also.
I have mine in page protectors (the cheap ones from Staples) in a 3 ring binder. It is easy to flip thru them to find the one I need.

Me too!!! And I keep my knife, extra blades and any little things in a zippered pencil pouch that I "inherited" once the kids didn't want them for their notebooks ;)
I have mine tossed in a drawer, they should, however, be in that place where I scrape the left overs because I HATE mine. Anyone want a rectangle one? Can't even tell it's been used. I'll include the mat and the knife.
