Joann's has them....not sure of the price though, I think they are $89. Sorry I can't tell you anything about it. I have the Cricut so that is my big investment for a while.
I noticed your in Colorado......not sure where though but they have them in stock at the one in Colorado Springs.
I've seen them at Michael's, and they are taking coupons for them. the regular price that I've seen is $79.99. I'd sugguest calling to see if they have them in stock b-4 going in, just to be sure. it's cheaper to get it locally with a coupon if you can.
I have one and I really like it. it's an awesome little machine!

Yes, call before going to your local stores. My M's has been out of stock for almost two weeks now. I was stopping by every so often and figure I'll save my gas and call from now on. I really want to use my coupon on it.
Also there is a whole big, HUGE, thread on this in the general forum. If you have a few hours, read through it, there is a lot of good advice. I do warn you though, it is full of a bunch of enablers Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I just bought one at Michael's yesterday for 50% of, so I got it for $40. I had a coupon that was mailed to me after I had something framed. My Michaels's had a couple of them in stock so like the other poster's said call and ask. I also had one of the clerks make sure I could use the coupon before I stood in a long line and have the cashier tell me I couldn't use it. Which she actually started to say I couldn't use it but I told her that the manager said I could. So I got my 50% off but haven't had time to play with it yet.

I checked on them at our local Michaels and they do not honor any coupons for it...they said that all Michaels are under contract w/Provo Craft and that it is not allowed, so I wonder how all you guys were able to get it w/a coupon...

The contract is regarding *Cricut*, not Cuttlebug. Some Michaels people are confusing the Cuttlebug with the Cricut line.
I just got one today at my local Michael's using my JoAnn's 50% coupon. The price was $79.99 so I got it for 39.99. If you go this route, make sure you ask if they are actually in stock before you pay for it. Trust me! The first Mike's I went to I paid for it only to find out they had the empty boxes out on the sales floor but none in stock. grrrrr
I called the Michael's headquarters. The coupon says they do not honor them on Cricut products. There are however many Provo Craft items in Mike's. The Cuttlebug is made by Provo Craft not Cricut. Ask HQ to speak with your district manager and they should take care of it. JoAnn's coupons for the stores also do not exclude the Cuttlebug. And though I like the Cuttlebug and got it with my 40% off Mike's coupons I also ordered the Big Shot and received it Friday, took my CB back today. I liked the BS better.

Unfortunately, the box has a big logo saying {by the makers of cricut} which is making it look like it is a smaller version of a cricut or something. Coupons should be used. I got mine at Robert's crafts which I believe, is owned by provo crafts and used a coupon. But...i asked the gal who gave me the coupon the previous week if it could be used on the cuttlebug and she said, no problem. My hubby went and picked it up and asked the gal at the desk if it could be used, no problem she said. He went to pay...the clerk says I am sorry but you can't use that coupon on that. My hubby was like, hello...I just asked that lady and they figured it out and let him use it. Sounds like there needs to be a serious clarification to all retailers. It isn't fair for some to get it because they went to the {right} clerk. KWIM? Everyone should get to use their coupon.... Anyway...I didn't mean to write a novel....

What's the difference between the cuttlebug and the big shot? My michaels wont' let me use Joanns coupons. I think I will head over there tomorrow and check out the details before I make a decison and talk to a manager.
Thanks for your imput.

I got mine from Michaels here in AZ with a Joanns 50% coupon. They only had two instock and didn't have them out I had to ask for them. When I did only the manager knew what it was! No problems with the coupon either.
I just bought one at Michael's at the $79.99 price and used the 50% off coupon from the Joann mailer. Had no problem at all. Now I'm ready to play with it!
I just wanted to share this with all of you, I ordered and OTT lite from Joann's and inside the box what a half of sheet of coupons so I read the fine print, it said not usable on diecut machines (not just the Cricut). So I don't know if they are changing all of their coupons or what, pretty yucky in my book. A coupon is a coupon, you should be able to use it on whatever you want.

That's one reason I decided to buy the Cuttlebug today. I had planned to wait until after Christmas, but thought they might change their coupon rules by then. I'm just considering it an early Christmas gift to myself.:-D
My Michaels has them. They also have a much larger selection of folders and dies than my Joanns. You'll love the 'Bug!
...and Michaels prices are better. The 4 pack of dies is $15.99 at Joanns and $12.99 at Michaels. The embossing folders are $6.99 at Joanns and $5.99 at Michaels. I think the 3" dies were $7.99 at Joanns and $6.99 at Michaels. The alphas were $79.99 at both stores... At least that's the way it is here in MD...
