Default dazzling diamonds

I'm confussed, I went to a party on Saturday and the demonstrator told me to by crystal effect to use with the dazzling diamonds, but everything I've read on line doesn't use them together. Can they be used together? I want to cover most of the card with the shiny hard surface. Thanks

Crystal effects can be used to cover your surface, and then you can sprinkle the glitter on it. The CE will dry and work as glue to hold the glitter.

Another option would be to cover the surface with Versamark, then sprinkle with Iridescent Ice embossing powder (which has glitter in it) and heat. It will take a lot less time because you won't have to wait for it to dry!

Thanks Gina, I was worried I would not be able to use the things I just ordered.

well, you should be fine... you'll just have to wait a while for that CE to dry... and depending on how thick the layer is you use, the drying time will vary.

have fun!

if you want to cover the entire image I second Gina's suggestion. I use that technique all the time and it looks awesome. for smaller areas, you can use CE and glitter..but I have graduated to Stickles for that. I use the CE to make water or to add some extra dimension to an image.
