I get the Versamagic Dew Drops because I don't use them as much as my SU pads and I can get more colors for less money by getting the Dew Drops. Plus my Joann's doesn't carry all the colors in the full size pads, so it would be a pain to get all of them, plus I wouldn't be able to use my 40% off coupons!
I get these little ones at Michaels with a coupon. Great price that way. I can have lots of colors that I like, but probably don't use on a regular basis.
They are great to use just as they are to "distress" the edges of cardstock.

Same here. Love them, because of all the awesome colours... and I can buy more for less money. Plus they're great size for inking edges and dry embossed images. Plus they take less storage space.
I love them because they are great for detail stamping. You can get into little places on your stamps better when you only want to color certain places. Great for traveling to crops. Lots of colors in less space. I used a fishing tackle holder for mine. I love Bass Pro Shop for storage solutions. Great excuse to get to the mall and satisfy my husband at the same time.
I love them because you can try the colors out without spending tons of money, plus the drop shape makes it real easy to ink up the edges of your CS without the entire image being inked up like with the regular sice ink pads;)
I am all for the dew drops

I like both brilliance and Versamagic. Locally, I can go to J's, M's or the other J's for supplies. (One LSS where I buy Bazzill, but not much else interests me.)
Regular price $9.99, use 40% coupon, and FOUR colors for $5.99. Compare that to buying $6-7 per pad + shipping.
I figure if I use up all the ink on a small pad, then I definitely need the larger pad of that color, but didn't want to spend the money on a large pad if I didn't use the color that much. Besides you get so many for such a small amount of money...gotta love that.
I love Dew Drops for the same reasons listed above.
The DDs can also be used as flower petals when pressed flat to paper. ;) Makes a very pretty flower!
I love these, too. They're cheaper than the big pads. So I'll flip my stamp upside down and dab the ink where I need it. Then I can layer colors better. Plus, you can buy the re-inkers when they run low.
Personally I like the size it works for me, I have more control over where the ink is going, particularly when I want to use more then one colour on a stamp...and also for all the other reasons already listed above
