Default Envelopes

I apologize in advance if this is in the wrong forum but I'm looking for a good source for envelopes at a good price. My stockpile is getting low and gone are the days of Viking. :(

TIA
Dani~

I've gotten my best deals (great price and quality and quantity because I look for 'lot') on eBay but my method requires exercising patience (so you cannot wait until you're out LOL).

Ebay has a search feature where you set up your search criteria (i.e. A2 white lot ETC.), select the search option for eBay to send you an email when items that match your search criteria are listed, and save the search. When I see a listing that interests me in the email from eBay, I click on the link to the item in the email and I takes me to the item on eBay where I can get the details for the item/auction.

I use this method, and have for a long time now, for many types of items and I have gotten some really terrific deals.

I would try a printing place. Our newspaper does printing for people like flyers, sales catalogs and such. They also sell envelopes printed on or not, you can get 250 for about 20.00.

If you have an Office Depot they have these. I've bought them in white and I think they have ivory, too:

Whenever I get near a Staples, I run in and see if they are on sale. I buy invitation white envelopes...100 for $5. When they are this price, I usually buy three or four boxes and that holds me over until they are on sale again, or until I can get there. Our closest Staples closed and moved and now I have to drive 40 minutes in either direction to get to the two closest Staples.

HOWEVER, that being said...I now have the Envelope Punch Board tool and make most of mine, so come to think of it, I may not be visiting Staples anymore!!!

I usually pick up the 100 ct boxes at Office Depot, try to wait for a coupon in my email & get 40% off. I have ordered from clearbags.com before....but their shipping on small orders is outrageous so I really have to wait until a group of my stamp friends needs envelopes before ordering from there.... If you can get free shipping & 100 ct for less than $8 bucks a box, Amazon is also an option.... But I usually just pick up a couple boxes from Office Depot and that hold me for a while. Good Luck
