Got My order from Frugalities

I'm really impressed. Now, I have loads of stickles. What am I going to do?

What do all of you use stickles on?

How wonderful Now you can play with all those stickles. I use mine to add glitter to the outlines of flowers and I really love to use them on Christmas stuff. It really enhances the look. Just curious, when did you place your order and did you get an order confirmation when you ordered? I placed an order and have not heard a word from them except to have my credit card charged. Maybe they shipped without sending notice. It is my first order from them and I am a little concerned.

I have used them A LOT. I never have had any problems with over charge of shipping or with delivery of the box..I think they are great.

the gallery has loads of cards that include stickles in the "ingredient" list - I bought some but haven't used them yet...let us know what you do with them

I think it was moved to "Tool and Product Talk" because, well, you're talking about a product. I'm not always sure this forum is a perfect idea, lol, because there doesn't always seem to be the same criteria used when deciding to move a thread. Due, no doubt, to the fact that there are a few different mods making the judgement call, lol.

I don't have any stickles, myself, but from what I understand, they are just like colored lacquer with glitter. They dry raised unless you brush it on. I use it for flower centers, or even whole flowers. Making 3-D "polka dots." Highlights on a dress or something, or a shoe. (Stamped images, I mean, lol) I say just play, play, play!

I've been very happy with Frugalities - just received my 5th order today (Fri) and it was only placed on Monday afternoon - I got an email confirming my order wtihin minutes, then another email a day later advising when it was shipped. They are a great place to stretch a limited budget! My girlfriend has been ordering from them also and she's very happy with them also.

Update about my previous post: I emailed Frugalities about my order and the emailed me back shortly after saying that my order had shipped out yesterday. They said that they had sent an email but I never received one. I even went back and rechecked. They may have confused the "1" in my email address for an "l" and it would not have come through. The important thing is that the order is on its way. I have some Stickles in my order also.
