Default hat pin source

Has anyone found a souce to buy hat pins and beads etc?
I am not really interested in the flowers in the pretties kit, but I love the hat pin idea.
TIA

I heard you can get them at Jo-Anns on the jewelry supply row!

Yes, in the jewelery section of most stores...especially the hobby stores. Right now the findings at HL are 50% off. So you can get the hat pins in packages for half off...a good deal. HTH

I decided I am going to buy regular pearl top pins and glue a tiny longated pearl bead on the point end. I will upload a card with this on it if it looks good.

Hobby Lobby carries them with the clutch in the jewelry findings section. However, there was a thread about this recently and someone mentioned an online source that was quite reasonable.

You can purchase them at http://www.brightlingsbeads.com/2eyepin22ga.html They have other styles and lenghts. You will also need to search for the clutch to go on the end. I have ordered from Brightlings and the service has been good.

You can also get them at Fire Mountain Gems.

I found bunches of them very cheap at Michaels in the bead/jewelry department.
