Question HELP with Aileen's Tac it Over & Slice....

Over...
So I bought some of this to use when cutting with my slice.
I put on a thin layer and I bought the quick drying too..
I stuck my paper down but I don't think it dried all the way..
Did I get the right stuff or did I not wait long enough to stick the paper down.
I actually like the stuff that comes with the cutter to btw.. Just wish mine was not all gone..
Trying to work on a project and now I am stuck...
Any advice on Aileen's would be MUCh appreciated..
Sue

Sue,
When I use TIOAO, I use it on rubber. Once it's dry, I stick the stamp to my hand and pull it off a few times to remove the "tack" a little. Maybe you could do this with your hands before you place your paper on the mat?
I'd be tempted to use Low-Tack Spray adhesive instead...maybe less of a mess (and less of a headache!)
Let us know how it goes!

I use Aileene's tack it over and over with my slice. My glue came all dried up so I tried this and it worked. I put a thin line on the glass mat and then use a sponge to smear it all over. Then I let it sit for around 5 minutes. That seems long, but I don't have to do this often. I can cut quite a bit in each stamping session and then do 2 more stamping sessions without having to redo the adhesive. So in the end letting it dry longer doesn't bug me.
Good luck

Definitely let it dry all the way. When in doubt, give it a couple more minutes. I use the Slice adhesive, and after about 200 cuts, I made the mistake of not letting the glue dry long enough. Man was that cardstock STUCK!! I had to get some undu to get it all off, then go rinse the glass mat and start again. I'll never make that mistake again!

Thanks
What I had was just the Tacky glue and was able to find some Tack it over and over in town. Phew!! It works but is really tacky. I think I will sticky my hands to it or some paper I don't care about..
