Question Help with the Quick Stick (Stix?)

I was watching ChicnScratch's turkey tutorial on YouTube, and she mentioned a Quick Stick or Quick Stix product for picking up and positioning little pieces of paper. What is its actual name, and where do I tell DH to get me one for my stocking?

These things are awesome! I don't have dies anymore but it is useful for other things as well.

I found mine at my LSS. Its great for picking up little teeny tiny embellisments too.
