Default ISO Silver Charms For My Cards

I have been seeing so many cute little silver charms on cards here at SCS and in some of the card magazines . . . but can't seem to find them at my local Archiver's store . . . or on line.

Where can I find some cute silver charms for my cards. Taylor had the most darling silver cupcake charm on one of her cards and I saw a really cute little silver butterfly on another card. Where is everyone going for these charms?

Thanks for your help.

If you're looking for charms.......??? You might try looking in the Jewerly section at your local Craft store.

I know Joannes and Hobby Lobby have a wonderful section just for jewerly making.

This is what I have used on my card.

Thats where I find mine. Michaels too. My friend has found some really cute ones at the jewelry counter at Kohl's and Target also when they were on sale.

Funny you should mention this. I just used one that I found on a name frame (see my blog) that I found at Michaels. It was a charm on a wine glass ring that I took apart... I was able to get 4 whole rings for just $.50 on clearance.

I've gotten some cute silver hearts in the wedding section at Michaels. They have the word 'love' engraved on them and were very inexpensive.
I buy most of mine in the beading sections of Walmart and Michaels. If you buy them from the card-making and scrapbooking sections they tend to be much more expensive for a lesser number of charms.

I have found charms at the Dollar store. I have just bought those cheap girls bracelets and used the charms from them.
I bought a card of themed charms at my LSS.
Walmart has some in their scrapbook aisle...in the recipe/cookbook scrapbook theme shelves. Plus they do carry some charms in the craft jewelry area.
Hobby Lobby has tons of charms...in the craft jewelry/bead area of the store.

And I forgot...I have bought charms at the Local Bead store where they sell jewelry making supplies for crafts. I need to go back there now that I remember that.
