Emily,

Do you have an email for them that works? My message came back undelivered and I can't put an order in to their site due to message saying ground failure. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm sorry! No, I just have what was on the site! Maybe they were having technical difficulties or something. I'd keep checking the site.

I can't believe it. I just signed up for SCS today and as I was browsing through all the threads, I am always looking for new organizational tips since my stamping area is my dining room (that we can never dine in because it is covered with stampinUp stuff). Anyways, saw the caddy liked it but thought to myself, I have the one from SU already full I will just get another from SU. Well, after seeing the pictures i went to the website and ordered the 10. I know i won't have any filling them up.. I just hope the DH doesn't freak when the big box (so you all tell me) arrives...lol

I received my order yesterday and I love them. They are heavier than I
thought but I can't wait to fill them up.

Default I'll finally admit it...

Yes, you convinced me to order too...about 2 seconds after I read your original post and checked out the website. I ordered the 10 pack and they came yesterday...MAN was that a big box! They are so cool...I love them...I don't think any of you ladies that are thinking about ordering will be disappointed!

I do think I'm going to have to sell a few of them because I'm finding I really don't need 10, so if anyone is interested, PM me. I live in Iowa so if you're close shipping could be lower.

THANKS for turning us on to these great buys!

Mine came today, and I love them!! The spinner will be shipped next week. I've filled 5--one for each of the current color families and one for the retired colors plus Stazon, Versamark, etc.

I ordered 10 and know I will be keeping at least 6. After I get my space more organized, I may let the others go.

WOOOHOOO My demo and I got ours today too. I ordered on Monday and here today. Great customer service. I just love the storeage units. Has anyone figured out how to get the handle off yet? I sure would like to do that if it's possible.

P.S. I also got my SU order!!!!!!! Good things from the brown truck today.

I just received mine yesterday and I really had my heart set on stacking them (I have a dedicated stamping area, but not a lot of work surface, so up is a good thing). I also took off the doors first thing. Then I got to work on the handles (and the little magnetic pegs for the doors).

I realized that acetone (nailpolish remover) would help "unstick" the superglue they used to stick them on. So I took a Qtip soaked it in nail polish remover and applied it around the edges of the blocks the handle was stuck in, let it sit for a couple of mintues and then took a pair of pliers and gently peeled them off. Worked like a charm - but you do have to be gentle and also press down with your other hand on the top of the box so it doesnt start to pull away too.

With the handles off, they stack perfectly. I am trying to attach a picture, but this is my first time, so hopefully I will do it right. I hope this information is helpful to others who like this system but were concerned about the handles.

Wow - they look great stacked! I think you should e-mail your photo to Tanya at dzyntec and suggest they consider selling them without the handle as an option.

For those who want to stack them, but still want to keep the handle I was thinking of making some sort of "spacer" that would fit around the handle. Don't need it now, so haven't tried it. But it's just another idea.

I showed my hubby the Dzyntec site last week and he told me that that was something I obviously would have to have because they were so cool! I ordered them last week before he could change his mind! LOL
How long did it take for them to get to you?

Oh, my...what have I done?!!!! I have the PortaInk Storage and love it!!! I have a turntable one for all (4 of the old style pads that I keep on the table that I have for my stamping "guests." And I have enough units to hold 120 stamp pads on my personal stamping table. I have the Color Caddy sitting empty in the corner of my room because I don't like it that well. NOW I'VE ORDERED 10 OF THESE!!!!! Oh my goodness!!! I really shouldn't have! But they're so darn cute! The doors and all those little drawers with all the little compartments and Jami stacked hers, so they take up less room, and I could use a few of them for Christmas presents......come on, ladies, help me think of more reasons to buy something else I don't need or have room for!

I can't believe I didn't see this thread a week ago! I could have already had them by now and been trying to figure out what the heck to do with them, along with all the stuff that came last week from SU! I need a bigger stamp room....hmmmm. Wonder why?

I just ordered mine! Unfortunately (or fortunately) I am in Paris France until Aug 12th, so I won't be able to play with them until then. I split them with someone, so at least she can get hers and start putting her stuff together!

Thanks Emily for posting about them!

Question poor glue? poor glue job?

Don't know if they use a poor quality glue - or not enough of it. I haven't put any of mine to use yet, but the first one I opened had a knob loose in the box.

Please email the site and let them know. I haven't had anything wrong with them, but others have said they give great customer service.

I got mine on Friday.. Love it.. They are so nice and sleek!!!!
Now my ink pads are organized. You don't even want to know where they were before. I ordered 10 and haven't used many... I am just beginning to be hooked on this stuff..
I gave my demo one too. She loved it.
I guess I will just have to buy more stamp pads so I can fill the rest up HUH?

Emily, you need to earn commission for all these sales. Mine came in the mail on Monday, YAY!! I'm keeping 7 for myself and giving 3 away as a gift. I already have 5 filled up. 1 for each color group and then 1 for retired and neutral colors.

I am so excited! I am going home on Friday after a long vacation in Paris and Prague. I ordered mine about 3 weeks ago and they are just sitting at home waiting on me! Another stamper went in with me on them, so we are going to play around with them on Tuesday!

Emily,
did you ever contact them about giving you some of commission or at least a discount on a future purchase?!?

Default You Guys Talked Me Into It!!!!

You guys are great!!! I'm so glad I found this thread. My demo had one of these last week when I went to pick up my SU stuff. So, I came home and checked out their site....and let it rest a few days. Then saw this thread and told my DH that the sale ends this month???? Not sure if that's right or not but I BOUGHT THEM ANYWAY!! I bought the 4 for $40 which will be good for me for now. Thanks for all the great info and for pushing me over the edge....my DH said "Get the 4 for $40 if you can live with that!" Ha...yup...I can live with that!!! JFYI....the total with shipping for me was right around $62...so there was about $20 shipping. But, it's still worth it as they each came to a little over $15....still cheaper than the SU one (with shipping and tax) and and cheaper than the $29.99 price they quote for just buying a single unit. Can't wait for them to come in!!!!

I ordered six way back when....and I hated the doors on them, so I just very carefully popped them off. Now I have easy access and I LUV 'em, now! I wanted the Hubbie to mount them up on the wall for me but he wants to take the handle off the top so they stack.
