are you talking about SU ink colors? The only colors we know that will retire come June 30 are the In Colors: true thyme,buckaroo blue, marigold morning, cool caribbean, vintage violet, and cranberry crisp. HTH
They changed some of the families TWO years ago. That was announced long before the catalog came out and it was not the norm, thank goodness. I think that with the annual In Colors, there is less chance the family colors will change. The 2007 In Colors are retiring and the retiring accessories list will be posted on June 12, I believe. I'm eager to see the new In Colors!!

The new IN colours are gorgeous !
Thanks for clarifying the "paper" situation....was not sure if I had to stock up on any paper other that " In colour"

this is the best way to introduce the colors that are hot and not mess with the basics!
What a relief! I was going to be so mad if the retired any of the core 48 colors (I just finished getting all of the stamp pads, CS and the markers). I haven't purchased any of the 7 new colors so that doesn't upset me that bad, even though the cranberry crisp is so pretty.

When SU! first told us about the change to two cattys per year, they said it would be "slightly" smaller. Since the current one is 256 pages (including indexes in the back), I'd say that it will still be at least 200 pages if not a little bit more.

Have you seen the 2007 In Colors? The Sky Blue looks really really close to the Cool Caribbean IMO in the fall preview booklet. I think I am going to like all the new In Colors. I also LOVE the Pick a Petal stamp set.
Yep I agree....Sky Blue looks a LOT like Cool Caribbean. At least in the preview catty that came in the mail!! That was exciting. The DP in that colour should go nicely with CC cardstock! Good...because I stocked up on that!

The demos that went on the cruise (I wasn't one of them) said that in real life the new sky blue color is not at all the same as CC. Sorry :(
