I just saw a great guide to metallic and glitter pens over at Jet Pens
and wondered about the Wink of Luna pens. Has anyone tried these? I have the Wink of Stella pens and wondered how they compared. I know the Wink of Luna are more metallic instead of glittery.

Just one more thing to go on my list! I love the wink of stella clear pens. I haven't tried any colors except white and didn't like the white. So I am sticking with the clear. Wink of Luna sounds interesting. Wonder where they came up with the names?
I like the pens but I prefer the brush tip over the actual pen nib. The one great advantage over the winks over my Jelly Roll stardust pens is that the winks don't clog the drawback is that the brush winks don't fit in my pen rack but the nib tips will fit.

Jennifer McGuire uses them in this video, and they look really cool:

I read somewhere that they are named after star constellations, but I can't find the info now!
I don't like the white except on white or cream paper — it creates the most beautiful chalky shimmer I've ever seen. Add it to almost all white blank space now!
I seem to be in the minority, but I got a clear Wink of Stella pen and have been disappointed in it. Maybe it is too "subtle" for my gaudy taste, but I can hardly tell when I use it.

The clear is definitely light like a Stardust clear Jelly Roll pen so if you are looking for some bling it wouldn't be what you'd like. There are times when I'm like you and want glitzy (i.e. gaudy :p) application and then I'm reaching for the Stickles. The darker colors have more bling - the blue is especially pretty.
