Looking to buy lip balm insert in bulk

Good Evening
I am making lots of lip balm gifts for the nurses at our local hospital.
I purchased the die set from MFT (My Favorite Things) which cuts out the slot for the lip balm and makes the frame. I also purchased the pouches that hold the lip balms, but they are quite expensive. I was hoping to find a place to purchase the pouches in bulk. I've tried searching the web but I don't know what the actual name for the pouches are. Some people suggested blister packaging. They are formed retangled 2.75 x .75, and 5/8 depth. I am attaching a photo. If anyone knows where I can purchase them in bulk please let me know.

MFT does a lot of that-custom pockets. They are having a 20% off sale right now btw that ends today the 19th. That would bring the price down to a little over 30 cents each. How many are you thinking about making?

So searching on lip balm blister packaging...I found alibaba..but it is a min buy of 1000 pcs. I think that might be too much right.;)

Even if we go at it from just packaging companies and then drill down for lip balm...I think it is always going to be like that. You are not going to find someplace for just 100 pcs....

I tried on ebay but I am not seeing that shape.

Maybe we should go at this another way...another way to attach them....like double sided tape with a pretty ribbon tie? Or sewing elastic around it a couple times to the CS? Or...I am trying to think if you can wrap them with plastic wrap if it goes to a hidden backside...
