Thanks so much Emily. I just ordered a bunch. I never thought I would buy them because they were too expensive for me, especially after adding shipping. I was about to go to Michaels and get one because I heard of a good deal...but this was a GREAT DEAL!!!! Thanks for passing along the info.
So, I'm hearing that some of you are going to store your cards in them, someone wants a little one for school photos. What else is everyone putting in them?
Also, what are you using to attach the paper to the metal?
Silent Setters are also on sale at this website. I already have one, but I wish I didn't. They are way cheaper. I clicked on the warehouse sale tab on the left hand side. Sizzix is also on sale.
I checked out the site about 3 hours ago and they were out of stock. Had them email me when in stock. Got an email about an hour after that saying they were in stock. Got 6 of them. Thanks Emily.
Yup still in stock. They also have airtight clay boxes for .99 as well as a silent setter for $5. I figured I might as well pick those up as well. The shipping is the same up to $100 order so why not.
Ok, which one of you stole the 4 tins I had in my shopping cart last night?!!! lol, well no, not really laughing, I'm mad.
I was lucky enough to catch those tins when they were in stock last night and ordered 4, but decided to add more items to make the shipping worthwhile. Was browsing around the site which took about an hour, picked out about 10 various other things I wanted, then suddenly, the tins were gone from my shopping cart. (Did you hear my screeeeeaaammm?)
I just checked the website and they were sold out. I called and asked if they were getting more in and she said yes. I just placed an order with her on the phone. It's not going to be shipped until the first of next week. Now where to find paints! Thanks Emily!

This, so far, has had the best deal on the paint...I've used them before, and they're very good to work with...if I find anything cheaper, I'll be sure to let you all know!
Clay boxes are for if you use clay to make charms ect on your card. You don't want the clay to dry out so it's a storage box that is airtight so it won't dry out.

ahh....I didn't know because I've never used clay!
And thanks for the heads up on Target! I'll check there!

I didn't get any last night, but i got some about 10 minutes ago. They must be HOT HOT HOT!
Next Question--what the best glue to keep my paper from coming off? That double sided tape that come on the big red spool? (sorry I don't know the name).

Success ! They finally stuck in my cart this time. Since I had spent so much time picking out the other things I wanted last night, I added them quickly and went right to checkout before the tins disappeared again. Boy, I was ready to give up, then I saw the comment above that they were back, so I gave it one more try. Thanks for letting me know.

How sad am I?? I was SO excited about this deal (I just got 10) I had ordered 3 back around the holidays, and they're STILL downstairs with NOTHING on them...but now I'm inspired...I think...actually I'm contemplating placing an order for that beautiful double sided SU paper...I'm SO weak...
For anyone that has gotten them already- did they come UPS or regular mail? All it said was continental US-ground, does that mean UPS?
Thanks!
And while we're talking shipping...has anyone's order actually shipped? I have two orders with them and they both say "processed." I can't wait to get these in...I ordered some of the circle tins and rectangle (traditional) lunch tins too. Great ideas bouncing around my brain...now just to make them a reality!!

Allison, yep... up above Emily said she got hers already. Maybe on Monday? Which sounds like they ship pretty quickly.
I'm gonna stare at mine for a while and see "what" jumps out at me. I think I want to make a cute card set w/matching tin. So I will prop up some stamps next to the tin and look at them a while. I'm feeling a "Yellow-Blue-Brown" theme. Like that new double sided paper.
LoL...I'm excited, can you tell?

Thanks...I'm just so antsy for these to get here...I keep going to the site to see what else I can order...doesn't help that I live clear across the country ;)
I'm going to do a class with about 12 girls with these. Is YES glue the best for this?
Any other suggestions from those of you who have decorated these and survived!?
