I snagged a really great deal on these markers at Hobby Lobby, and got 60 of them. They are all individual, so no case to hold them in. Does anyone know of a place that I can find the empty cases for these wonderful markers. Thanks

Sorry... I don't have a storage solution, but wondered what kind of selection and price you found at Hobby Lobby. I've been looking at these and can't image spending nearly $500 for all of them. Are there certain colors that are more versatile than others?
Did you need a HL coupon?
Thanks... and I'll look to see if I can find an option for you... because if I buy some, I'll be in the same boat.
Copic sells the empty cases for them. I got a catalog with mine and it has them in there. They have several different kinds of storage. I bought mine at Dick Blick...maybe they have them there or on Copics website.
A friend told me about a HL that was going out of business, and they had everything 75% off, so that's how I scored all of my markers. I couldn't resist. I made a quick card and used the markers, and they are very nice, I'm really excited to get to play some more with them!
Good luck finding a deal on some markers, I know I wouldn't have ever gotten them if it weren't for such a deal.

Why not make chipboard coaster boxes to hold them in?
I don't know if this is true, but a friend who does illustrations say that because of the nature of the alchohol ink they don't have to be stored on their side like dye ink does.
Do you have another HL near you? Because they also sell the Copic marker cases/boxes - fairly cheap too. 2 sizes at the HL I shopped at last 12 & 24 count. Hanging in a clear package on a peg, next to the marker section. HTH.

I have been using my beloved Copic markers for several years. I like to keep them in easy reach because I use them ALL the time.
For storage, I keep them in a picnic cutlery bin (bought it at Joann's on sale a few summers ago). This works great because I can sort them into similar color groupings which makes it faster for me to find *exactly* which lovely shade I want to use.
These markers can be store horizontally or vertically, according to Copic.
My LSS sells the cases as well as the markers. Helps you a lot, eh? ;) If you get really desperate and can't find one anywhere else, pm me and I'll pick one up. Seems like my 24 count was about $5 or $6. Good luck finding one!
