Default Nestabilities

Hey all,
Hopefully someone can clarify some questions about nestabilities for me! Some pictures are just the outline of the shapes, while others, like on cutathome, are solid shapes. Also, can you die cut and emboss with the same set? Anyone know of good tutorials on how to use these? Thanks so much!

If I were you, I would do a search on here under "nestabilities", there are a ton of threads and links on this subject.

some sites show the actual dies (thus the outlines) while others show what they cut out -- hth
