they are dies that both cut and emboss. They are made by spellbinders and you can read about them and see them at the spellbinders site. You buy a packet that has 5 - 6 of one shape, in graduated sizes (so they "nest" inside one another when stored). They come in a variety of shapes, and include scalloped versions as well.

Default Other SpellBinders stuff?

I read that the Nestabilities work in the Big Shot. Has anyone tried any of the other products? They have all kinds of other dies and embossing tools, but they are not the same as the regular Big Shot dies.

I'm pretty sure that they works in the Big shot with the big plate and the two clears. Theys works with all machins like the big shot (sizzix, cuttlebug, etc.)

PS: Sorry for the bad English...

To cut: you need the Plate A + plate C (the thickest one) + nestabilities + cardstock + plate B

To emboss: plate A + plate C (i think) + nestabilities+ cardstock + embossing mat (sold for this or you can use silicone mat used in the kitchen) + plate B

I hope this will help you despite my bad english! ;)

Your English is great - but I think to emboss you use, plate A + plate B + nestabilities + cardstock + embossing mat + plate B. I also use a thin piece of cardboard as the last layer on top (from a cereal box).

Yes it's true that Spellbinders has a couple of hundred terrific dies. Since they are universal, you can use them in most of the consumer machines on the market.
