Default Nesties, CB, Staz-On, etc @ Walmart.com

Maybe this is old news - but it's not to me. Walmart.com has decent prices on CB folders, Staz-on, Nesties and much more. It's under the "scrapbooking" part of the craft section @ Walmart.com

If this is old news, please disregard my excitiment!

Oh, my gosh! I knew that Walmart.com had embossing folders. But I never ever knew that they had nestabilites! WOW! I am excited to know. Thanks for the tip. And when you buy from Wal-mart, it doesn't count against your craft budget, right!?!:-D

Correct Rebecca. It counts towards household goods/domestics.

Thanks for the tip! I have a WM gift card that I haven't had a chance to use. ;)

I agree! Anything purchased from Walmart is counted towards household budget - not stamping budget!

My local Wal Mart has decreased the craft area dramatically to almost nothing - one small section for scrapbooking with 1/3 of that the 6 mo old MS stuff. No CB at all, few Cricut items (overpriced), 8 ft section of stickers, 8 ft of paper packs/scrapbooks. That is it! Now that is better for me that I have to drive 60+ miles to a LSS, HL, M, A, etc. Unfortunately, I spend more online than I should - now add WalMart.com! The bottom line on the WM receipt is household! Yet at tax time, expenses!

That's right...when I do the grocery shopping, I find stuff there and put it the cart and he never looks at the receipt. Not that he would say anything.

But, our Walmarts dont have that stuff yet:(

They do though at walmart.com. A lot more variety, and like someone mentioned free shipping to the store!

I love the logic of buying craft supplies at Walmart and putting it into the grocery/houshold budget column. I will have to remember this and use it for future budget talks with DH. Does anyone know if you can order online and have it sent to a Canadian Walmart for pick up? Thanks

To further enable you, if you're signed up for e-bates, Walmart is one of the stores, you get 1% back (not much but if you're ordering anyway.......)

Can I just say that you made my day?!! I've been looking for these embossing folders, but nobody carries them around here. Now I can get them cheaper than Michaels and not pay a dime for shipping. Yippee!!

My IRL store (new) just barely has a scrapping section that includes former MStewart "hits", which are never ever on sale. So .... my trend has remained to either make the trek to Michaels ... or forgeddaboudit. This could be nice new news!! ;)

actually, i found a better deal at [email protected] for nesties, using their 40 percent off coupon. i just ordered the 4 pack set (two sets of circles, two of scallops) for 51.99 plus 6.95 shipping. you have to sign up for their email list, but they offer one once a month, from what i understand. walmarts were 24.99 each, even the four pack set was sixty something dollars, although shipping was 98 cents or something.

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows where to buy those Test Tubes I am seeing. The projects are awesome and I would love to try one out.

Thanks,

Wow - so glad that I "discovered" something! lol Sometimes, when you're a newbie (ahem - me) it feels like you just take and take so it's nice to be able to "give back" to all of you! lol

Its nice to know that they have them although I think we should all support all the other smaller bussiness's make a living if we can instead of adding one more thing to the things we already buy from wallmart. At the rate bussiness's are going under soon all we will have left in the world will be Wallys and I think that would be sad.

Yes, the 4-Pack is cheaper else where, but I just purchased a single lg rect.., no scallops...and it was real close..maybe a few cents over, but w/FREE S&H..came out less.
Just didn't feel I needed or could afford the 4 pack of the rectangles..at this time anyway..LOL

I ordered my first pack set from CutatHome as well; can't beat it w/the 40% off coupon!!

I saw the nesties at Walmart.com, but I got a much better deal at ritzcamera.com. Sets for 16.65! I picked up a bunch at the beginning of the month. I think the sale runs through the end of January.

I am surprised at their pricing.

I placed an order with Overstock.com yesterday, they had an offer that if you opened a credit account they would give you $30 off of your first order; I got two sets of Nesties for $8.93 and that included shipping . . . . can't wait.

this might be old news, but joann.com also has nestabilities. i believe they are $19.99. but then you have to pay shipping. would be great if they'd do site-to-store!

correction - they are $18.74
