Hobby Lobby has some of the o-wires for the BIA and you can use a coupon.
What I have found is that various brands of binders use a different pitch of wires. That means the number of holes/wires per inch is different. If you have a BIA you have to use wires that have the same number of holes per inch as the BIA. Not all machines do.
