paper cutter/guillotine problem

Hello everyone! I'm having a dilemma re: my guillotine/paper cutter. I have noticed lately that it doesn't cut straight anymore, it's like it's slanted (ykwim?)
and I'm starting to waste cardstocks here  I know this is a big problem because our cards are mainly done using this tool (from the card base up to the mats) and I need to fix this ASAP.

I'm asking here as you might have experienced the same thing before and maybe you have a suggestion or two to correct it. Otherwise, I don't have any choice but to buy a new one.

anyone??

Which one are you using?

I have several friends that like their cuttlebug (I think that's what it's called). I have the papercrafting fiskar (purple one) and the making memories huge one. They both cut really well.

I would contact the manufacturer. I know people have had issues with the Tonic and MM cutters, contacted them, and gotten a replacement. Try that and see if they're willing to help!
