PTI Royal Velvet vs. SU Concord Crush?

Does anyone know if the Royal Velvet color that PTI sells is a close match to the retiring In-Color Concord Crush from SU?

It looks close on my monitor but that's not necessarily accurate.

Oh I would love to know too...I love concord crush and I ordered 8 packages so I will have it for a bit yet.

Royal Velvet has more red in it. Side by side CC looks like a deep blue-violet. I tried taking a pic of them together, but the difference was not very noticeable in the picture. HTH.

@Katarina: Yes! That helps! If the difference wasn't very noticeable then I could order the PTI version if I just HAVE to have that deep purple color. Never bought it as an In-Color despite purple being my favorite color. The whole concept of the In-Colors just bugs me, I hate buying a color knowing it will be unavailable eventually. Though now that it's a two year time frame I might get one now and then. Thanks again for the info.!

Can someone fill me in on what brand PTI is?? I would love to find a color is comparable to Concord Crush, when I ordered my CS, it was already out of stock!
