I made my decision and ordered the Scor-Pal. I liked that it is smaller, yet full sized; lighter weight and less money. When it arrived it was broke right down the middle!! I was so disappointed as I had a stack of paper ready to score and had put off ordering until I was sure which one I wanted. The Scor-Pal arrived on a Sat. & I called them thinking I'd leave a message, but a man answered the phone. I explained the situation and he assured me I was the first to receive a broken one. He did not ask me to return the broken one, but said he would send one out on Monday. In a few days not only did I receive a new Scor-Pal, but they also sent an extra tool and a roll of tape and an apology! This was the fault of the post office, not their fault yet they completely took care of everything! I sent them an email to thank them for the GREAT customer service and the owner answered my email thanking me for writing and that she felt so bad when her husband told her I'd called about the broken one. This company will go far with this kind of service! Oh I LOVE the Scor-Pal!!! I can cut, score & fold my cards much faster & they look so nice! Don't hesitate to get one!

I have to chime in as well and say the Scor Pal is one of the best tools I have gotten recently, and I have a lot! One thing I did do for those of us with "ailing" eyesight (that is, getting older) is take a black Sharpie marker and carefully mark the raised numbers and score marks. Now they are very easy to see.

Thanks for suggesting that! Someone else did that, too, and this was a good reminder for me to do that to my own!
