Can anyone recommend a white ink pad that will stand out on colored cardstock. I'm using PTI aqua mist cardstock, and I need to stamp white snowflakes on it. I tried SU! white craft ink without embossing and results were not so good. I don't want to have to emboss the ink - too time consuming for making many, many Holiday cards.
CTMH sells a white craft pad. Its a pigment based. its really thick, and can take some time to dry. Some people use a heat setting if they can't wait for it to dry on its own.
Here is the info on it. I hope this helps give you another idea.
Z2163 WHITE DAISY EXCLUSIVE INKS™ STAMP PAD
Now whiter than ever! This acid-free, fade-resistant pigment ink dries quickly and permanently on most papers, and really pops on dark surfaces! It's also permanent on fabrics, wood, clay, and porous surfaces after heat-setting.
I use staz-on. You do need to ink it when you first buy it and you do need to allow more drying time. I haven't had mine very long but so far so good. Used my 40% off coupon at A C Moore so it wasn't all that expencive.

I've had really bad luck with my white from CTMH. I really have to push down hard in the ink to get the stamp covered and then on the paper it barely shows up. Am I doing something wrong?

That depends, how old is the pad?
CTMH changed to the new thicker ink this past year, so if your pad is an older one, yes, I've heard its not near as nice.
I'm sorry.
If its a newer one, I would definately contact your consultant, as these newer ones are so juicy, I would think it needed to be replaced.
I have Staz on, Colorbox and Brilliance and am still in search of one I really like. No luck yet :(
Colorbox works fine with white embossing powder, but really fades out with clear EP.
Staz-on works best for me on transparecy sheets.
