I've seen lots of creative cards featuring this punch and have been keeping my eye out for it at Micheals when I am in there but $24.99?? Seriously?
What am I missing? Is this one of those hard to find punches (like the drippy goo one, which I eventually tracked down) I'd like to add it to my collection but not at that price!!

wow for $25 it should punch without me doing anything!! Ack!
It does seem on the web from Amazon and places, that MS Punches are outrageous prices, and the best bet is Frantic Stamper, Michaels, or Walmart.
oh my! do not pay 24.95! it should only be like 9.95 at michaels and get when you have coupon will be even cheaper ;)
also watch your local walmart, mine had it in clearance for $5!!!
Yup got mine at Walmart for $9.00. Well actually I bought one for a gift at one Walmart for $7.00. Then I wanted one and went to another Walmart and it cost me $9.00. I hate that Walmarts dont match prices between other Walmarts, so strange. Good luck, Im sure you will get one
I hope you were able to find one at Walmart! I got a nice green one there for $9 (in Scottsdale, AZ). All the MS punches are less there than Michael's...I just wish they carried more of them.

Is it possible this punch was maybe just put back or stocked in the wrong spot with the wrong price label?

I got mine for about $5 at WalMart.. but it wasn't with her other craft items/punches. I got it on the sewing aisle.. they had some of her stuff there-- I don't know why. But I got the old green color. That didn't bother me, I was just glad to find it. So maybe it was there because they have discontinued the green MS stuff. So if you don't see it right away, browse up and down all the crafty aisles.. you never know where it could be hiding.
There are merchants who list on Amazon and have the sale handled thru Amazon...I'm sure there is a fee for that...but they set their own prices. Amazon isn't at fault. As always, it is a case of "buyer beware". Know your prices!
What gets me is when I look up an item and there are several sellers who have it. Someone has it for $200 and the next one has it for $20. Can't imagine the first one leaving that listing up! One time I saw a yogurt maker I wanted that was available at Amazon directly for $24. Several independent merchants had it listed for the same price. When Amazon went temporarily out of stock, two of those merchants raised the price to over $125!
WOW! I had to read the price three times. That is insane. I hope nobody buys it. I have a Martha Stewart sparrow punch and I saw it on Ebay one day for $240. No, that is not a typo. My Mom told me to list my MS punches and I could be rich, ROFL!
I paid $5 for the leafy punch. I got mine at WalMart too.
OH Wow..and someone will pay that....I got mine with a coupon for around $5.00 too. It blows me away what some people will pay for a punch...

Wow, that does seem ridiculous. Not really my style so I probably wouldn't even pay $9 for it. I don't think I would use it enough to make it worth that. What is so wonderful about the Martha Stewart punches?
