Show me your Cuttlebog embossing, *NOT* the folders but the little embossed stuff.
I have a few of the small embossing thingys, the flowers and one other that I can't remember but I have no idea what to do with them. I use the folders cause they cover a whole page or half-page or whatever, but what do I emboss with the little flowers that I have and would you even be able to see it if I did? Do I just stick it in the middle of a card all plain and lonely or can it be colored somehow?
I looked through the gallery and of course I see lots of the folders so post your embossing here for me to see. I need help:rolleyes:
I have some in my gallery that use the small 2x2 ones...some are just hangin' out in the middle of the card front, some are just cut out and layered onto a card front or layer.

Betsy,
How do you color just the embossed part? I have tried this with my daubers but it smudges all around the embossed part too and looks bad:(

I would like to know too. I cant seent to figure it out.
I made a card with the little embossing folders of flourish type corners. I cut them out and adhered like photo corners. I used silver metal duct tape for these corners...that stuff is great...self adhesive too

I also would like to know. I played around with this one night using chalks as someone on here said she used. What a smeary mess I kept coming up with no matter how careful I was. Tried markers just on reaised part.... Bad! Will have to try rubbing ink on raised part...

I just made a card yesterday with the Birthday A2 Folder. It's been given already, so I can't show you, but I embossed on Pretty In Pink CS and I used a Regal Rose ink pad, direct-to-paper - it came out great!

I used a marker over the stem of the big flower circle folder. And I have used my water brush with ink from the lids of the pads to go over the lines as well. To color an image in, I used my waterbrush. I did this with the little bunny blowing hearts. The bunny was a little "stark" tho, so my friend had the idea to rub over it with the white craft pad. That made it much "softer". These cards are in my gallery. HTH.
I've coloured the embossed images just using pencil crayons. When I messed up early on, I grabbed an eraser and because I was colouring lightly the mistake was erasable. It's not in my gallery yet, but I suggest trying out the colouring thing on scrap paper and see how the pencil crayons work for you.
