Has anyone had any trouble getting spellbinders to respond to your phone calls or emails. i cant get anyone live at spellbinders. i have called 3 times and emails x2 . i recd an order and one of the nesties is the wrong one. all i want to do is exchange it. any suggestions would help

I've also sent them 3 emails since december because one of master cut mats that I received with my wizard is badly bowed and haven't received any type of response either!!! Luckily I had ordered an extra set.

Please call the customer service line again, if you have to leave a message its because they are on the phone with other customers. I'm sorry they have not gotten back to you, they are generally very good about that.

wow, I have never had any problem with them getting right back to me. I would definately call them on the phone, they are extremely helpful anytime I have had a problem or just a question!

I've had four sets of nestabilities sitting in my cart ever since they first started pre ordering them...way over a month ago. I can't delete them from my cart and I can't get any replies from them via email. I haven't tried calling them yet. I would but the nesties somewhere else but I'm scared spellbinder's will send this order through...then I'd be stuck.
I'll NEVER pre order anything again. Lesson well learned.
The owner of my kit club store has tried repeatedly to contact them, too with a very nice size order put in as well, but had no response, so she ordered it from somewhere else. She wanted to sign up, but again, no response.

I called and left a pretty detailed message when my order I placed in mid Feb had not arrived by the beginning of March. Never got a "reply" but my package showed up! I've only ordered one other time direct from them so I don't really know how customer service is (and I should add: when I placed my order, there WAS a notice on the web site that things would not be shipped until AFTER the 17th(?) of Feb due to something or other....so I had given them some leeway in case they were really backed up)

I reckon there's strength in numbers. I got a reply in my email about my order that's been sitting in the cart ever since CHA started. I kindly asked them to allow me to remove the items out of my cart and they did. I wasn't rude to them. I understand that they just bit off more than they could chew. They have the hottest item in paper crafting right now and they took more orders than they could handle.
I'll get the new nesties eventually. Last night I got three label sets for thirty dollars thanks to a coupon that DH had.
I have no idea which new nesties I want first. They have so many pretty sets. I can make some of them with my Cricut. The blossom dies should be easy to cut with the Cricut. It's the scallops that are difficult.
