Default Storing Paper

I am trying to get a new way to store my 8 1/2x11 cardstock paper. I am just curious on how you guys store your paper. I have it seperated by color right how but all in one big pile.

Thanks in advance!

Sound like how mine is right now. I ordered a bunch of Cropper Hopper's from Joanne's last week (still waiting for them). However, with all of 8 1/2 by 11 paper, I store it in my hanging file cabinet and label each folder. It's awesome!

I use magazine holders. I put them on their backs so I can just slide the paper out when I need it. If you want a picture, I can take one.

Same here. Instead of putting the files in a cabinet, I bought some plastic boxes at Target that are designed for hanging file folders and are stackable (you can find them in the stationary section).

I too use the file cabinet option right now for 81/2 x 11. I need some suggestions on how to store my 12x12 paper though. I don't really want it stored open because I have two small children and I would hate to have to disown them because they distroy my SU DP. LOL! Especially all the ones I can't get anymore of. LOL!

I store my paper with this neat bag from crop in style.

I hope the link works--it is nice because it closes up and no one can get into your stash!!

Ditto for me too.
Hanging folders in a plastic file tote box, on a heavy duty shelving unit. I have 4 of these totes, just with SU and a small amount of "contraband" & retired CS, lol.
I would add that i also put an interior file folder inside the hanging folder, and any piece of CS less than half sheet size is put inside the interior folder. Actually, i think it's a file jacket, which means it's closed on THREE sides, so smallish pieces don't fall out. Very handy for layering or just needing a small bit of a color to punch, etc.
Both folders, the hanging one with the plastic tab and the interior one, are labeled with the CS color name BTW.
I used to have one sheet of each color in a big notebook full of page protectors for reference, but then later in my 'demo-hood' i made a small TC size CS sample key ring thingie. Quite handy for workspace reference and color coordination!
HTH!
Holly

Oops, forgot, I have 12x12 in similar file folders in a handled rolling storage bag i used to use for w/s. It zips shut for toddler protection, LOL.
