SU Shimmery Crystal Effects

I am so disappointed in this product. I was hoping it would be shiny like the old Crystal Effects and have a lot of glitter in it. I used it on my Christmas cards and it dried with a matte finish and you could barely see any shimmer in it.

Maybe I used it wrong. Anyone else have the same issue?

That’s odd. I wonder if the shimmer product settled to the bottom? Maybe try rolling the bottle on your desk or turning it upside down for a while? I wouldn’t shake it as that might cause bubbles to form.

If that doesn’t work, absolutely have your demonstrator call so they can issue a refund.
