I use this that I get from a paper store in Portland, OR:
Neenah, Royal Sundance cover, 80lb, Ivory. (93811)
It's a tad lighter than the SU paper, and the speckle pattern is smaller and more even. It's $26 for 250 sheets. It's the least expensive substitute I've found.
I think PTI has a natural ivory, heavier than the SU paper, with bigger specks.
The PTI cardstock that you might like for a "natural ivory" is called Rustic Cream. It is not as dark as SU natural ivory but I think it is worth checking out.
