Ok, I just placed my order, so it's okay to let the rest of you know. Joann.com has the scalloped oval and circle giga punches back in stock! And, you can use the 50% off code - FEBEJ650. I only ordered the circle scallop after reading the thread about the oval one not matching up with the plain oval. Hope I don't kick myself for that.

I just went back and checked the site, and they were both gone! Weird. I swear it wasn't a hallucination, cause I got a confirmation email from them that listed the scallop circle punch. Wow, my timing must have been perfect for the few minutes they were available.
So sorry to get your hopes up. Check back often, I checked every day for the last two weeks.

I just ordered the mega scalloped circle punch and mega scalloped oval punch and got the confirmation. I looked it up as mega scallop circle and oval and they came right up. I did not see the giga ones though, all I need of them is the giga circle and they don't have them.
So please check back and look. Honestly, I just ordered them two minutes ago. HTH!
Also meant to say that I have also been stalking the site every day looking for these punches. One on ebay, the Circle Giga just went for $33 plus shipping so they are hot item!

I am very confused. I want the scallop punches. I clicked on the link you gave us and I can't tell whether those punches are staight edge or scallop. Does the giga mean scallop?
Scroll down to see the individual punches. The ones that are scallop say so in the name. Dang, just checked again and the scallops are gone. Keep trying - they seem to be appearing and disappearing at different times.

Joanns.com were out when I just checked. BUT... took a leap of faith and placed an order with scrapjazz.com for a GIGA Scalloped Circle! They have them in stock, and with their promo code of JAZZYTEN I got 10% off. Price and shipping came to $22.14. I paid with PayPal just in case my Giga Scalloped circle never shows...
Just thought you should know that I have ordered the giga scalloped punches from Joann.com two times and both times received an e-mail approximately a week later informing me that they were in fact out of stock.
I finally gave up and ordered just today the giga scalloped oval and giga scalloped circle direct from www.uchida.com
Bless your heart! I just bought the Giga Scalloped Circle and Oval. I'm not sure why some of you are experiencing problems with the site. I typed "Giga" in the search bar and they came right up. I didn't have a 50% off coupon, but they are having a free shipping special today.

I just ordered from J's. We'll see if it comes through.
AN IMPORTANT NOTE:
The sizes stated on packaging and on the Uchida web site, on the circle punches, are NOT what they say.
The actual puched size is 1/16th smaller than they say.
This may not seem like a big deal, but in some cases it can really mess up a project and waste paper etc.

Just checked the website, and I do see the Giga Scalloped Oval & Giga Scalloped Circle at the moment. And I *bumped* the thread that has info on how the sizes work...there's even a pic. ;)

I'm a bit angry at JoAnn's right now. I ordered the punches (scalloped circle and oval), the order was confirmed just fine, but I just got an e-mail saying that they are out of stock and removed the scalloped circle punch from my order!
Does anyone know of any other company that actually has them in stock and won't be deceptive about it.

Rebecca, I'm so sorry that happened. I got a confirmation of shipment like Mel did yesterday and it said the punch was on there. Someone else said Joann's sent them an out of stock message a week after they ordered, too. So, I anxiously await delivery to see if I get it. I've always had good transactions with Joann's online, so this is frustrating to hear.
Does anyone else feel like by the time we get it the craze will be over and something new and equally hard to get will be the rage?

After trying numerous sites I finally ordered mine from www.uchida.com, hopefully I will get them from there. With a $40.00 purchase shipping is free. So by the time you spend money on shipping and handling else where for less I think this will just about equal out. With wanting them so bad for so long it will be worth is if they actually do come this time. Sandra

I just got a bunch of punches, including the country star and heart punches that I've been wanting to get, for only $15.99! (the actual value is $96) I paid no tax and no s/h. I'm just a bit giddy. I hope they don't e-mail me back saying anything's not in stock. *biting nails*

I ordered a Giga Circle scalloped punch from JoAnn's on 2/2. Got no order confirmation. Got shipping confirmation on 2/5; I just checked the tracking inof and it in the next town over!
I could get it today or tomorrow!

I, too, ordered the Giga scalloped circle and oval punches along with the Mega circle, square and oval on 2/2! I received the shipment confirmation yesterday and it is due to arrive on FRIDAY! I am a bit worried but it says that all the punches shipped. Keepin' my fingers crossed!!
I am hoping someone can help me..
I have seen posted that Joann's carries these punches, BUT all I can find is the mini envelope..
Does anyone have a link to where I can find the punches??
I just got a special from them I am hoping to use for these punches..

I ordered after seeing the original post...and rec'd my punches today from JoAnn.... the Giga square, scallop circle and scallop oval and mega scallop square.

I can't tell you how many times JoAnn.com has messed up my orders! And it would usually be on one main thing that I wanted (like the Big Impressions Starter Kit for $20), then I'd order another $5-10 worth of stuff that I didn't really need in order to get free shipping. A *week* later, they would send me a cancellation notice on the BISK, then still ship the doodads that I had ordered only to get free shipping. Finally I got smart and ordered ONLY the BISK, so that I wouldn't get things I didn't want with it. Guess what? It finally came! Yahhh! I will still order from them if I have a 50% off coupon, but I won't otherwise. I also removed a link to them on my blog--my little way of protesting the many goofs in the past three months. Will they care? Nah. But it made me feel better! ;-)
I got an email from croppingcorner.com stating they had them in stock last Friday. I ordered immediately, got an email confirmation they had been shipped on Monday, and got them today! Shipping was $2.99.

I got an out of stock from Joann's, too, and went right back in and ordered it again and this time they shipped! I got my giga scallop today and my giga circle is on it's way.
I don't think these are a craze..........I think these are going to become standard supplies for every stamper and scrapper. I just love them! I managed to pick up the giga square and the mega square at Michael's with 40 % off coupons and at Joann's with the coupons, too.
I got my giga scallop circle today! Chris, I'm glad you don't think they are a fad. A friend had one that I used to punch out some from red paper which I used as Christmas present tags, adorable.
Along with the punch, I also got some DCWV mat stacks in 'Old World' and 'Far East' that were on sale - they are gorgeous.

I ordered mine from scrapbook-creations about a month ago. Then I read a thread about their poor customer service and that they weren't really in stock and so forth. However, I got an e-mail about 10 days after ordering saying they were out of stock and would ship in about 2 weeks. True to their word it did and they arrived today. Took a while, but at least I didn't have the nightmare some other customers did.
I was supposed to have received my scalloped giga circle and oval on 2/6. UPS lost the package so the online store has put a trace out for the package. :( Hope I get them soon.
My friend and I ordered from 1stopsquare and it took them 10 days, after multipel calls and faxes to let us know that the scallop punches are in HIGH demand (duh?) and that they got some in and "might" be able to fill the order. If not, we would have to wait another 2 weeks- we are going to cancel if that happens! I will never use them again- VERY POOR customer service if you ask me.
