What's the USB port for on my Cricut?

Leave it to my way too tech savvy husband to ask what the USB port was for on the Cricut. Good question I said. I have no idea. Is it maybe for future updates? Any one know why its there? The only good it would do is to be able to be hooked up to a computer. Anyone???

There's a spot on the FAQ's of the provocraft site about this. I think at this point it does nothing. They are vague about thier future plans for it.

The USB port was one of the reasons I bought it. I figured soon they would have a link from the computer to it. At least that it what I am hoping. Otherwise, why put it there at all?
