Default white gel pen question

Is the white gel pen from SU that much better than what you find at Michaels or Joanns? I'm a demonstrator and already had a few white gel pens so I didn't get one of ours but I see so many samples on here and the white pen stands out so nicely. Mine don't work that well. Just curious if I should get the one SU sells.

I think SU white pen is by far one of the best that I have used. I don't think that it is a gel pen though. More like a white ink pen. In any event, it's great!

I don't think I've ever used the SU white pen. Mine is a "Signo" and works very well. My cousin-in-law (SU Demonstrator) uses the same one as me.

The SU white gel pen is the Signo pen, however make sure you have the Japenese version of this pen as the American version is not nearly as good. You can find them at jetpens.com

Once I got the SU white gel pen and tried it, I threw my others away. IMO, it's superior in every way!

I have about 8 white gel pens and I don't know how SU's does it but it is the best one, I bought it out of frustration. I love RR paper and do many cards that are Handsome Hunter or baroque burgandy and you MUST have a gel pen to write in them so I have bought many in hope that it will be the last and now at last I have found it. Buy it is all I can say.

I've found that my SU white Singo pen skips lot and have switched to a Sharpie White Paint pen. Anyone else have trouble with their SU Signo? Maybe I should order another one. It may just have been that particular pen..

I LOVE my Sharpie white paint pen! Seriously, it's the best white pen I've found (also a fan of the white Souffle pen -- it's almost as good)! Because I'm an SU demonstrator, I got the white gel pen to try it out...and decided it's not for me.

I just bought a sharpie white x-fine, and it works great on non-poruous surfaces (like buttons, etc) but it absorbs right into the paper (I have tried both cs and patterned paper)..........you can barely see it?
