Ok, I have a confession to make - I have not been keeping up with VSBN tonight because I have been reading. I am on book of the Hunger Games series. I've already seen the movie and thought I needed to get the books read. It's been so long since I've read any good books, I can't put them down now. LOL! I already had the pages done for this challenge, just forgot to upload them when it started. One of the perks to being a hostess is that you get to see the challenges early.

GREAT BOOKS!!!! I read all three in two days and barely slept :-)
I have had them on my Kindle for about 3 weeks but just haven't gotten around to reading them. I finally started this week and am about halfway thru #2. I hope to lay on the beach next week and enjoy them.
I'm done with Challenge 1! Ok, I goofed. I posted on the wrong thread. I also need to learn how to create a direct link, so I'm sorry for the extra step to see it. Thanks for the great idea! A fun challenge indeed!
I got my page done and then just kept right on going! I'll have to figure out how to upload tomorrow. My eyes can't see anymore. Thank you though- I got several page done once I got started! Will be back tomorrow.

LOL! I can hardly wait... less than 4 weeks to go and he is taking up ALL available room. I keep joking that he either needs to stretch me out some more, or get the heck out already! Of course, then I will get even less scrapbooking done... haha! And I probably will come back to a few of these layouts because I like all of them and tend to be able to focus and get more accomplished when I have a layout to follow.

Well I missed this one tonight cause I had to go to a birthday party at the last minute. Didn't get home until almost 9 p.m. and then got DGS to bed and then sat down and fell asleep! Woke up in time to catch the Mega Millions (didn't win of course) and then tried to go back to sleep. Didn't work so I came to check out the challenge! Love it...gonna go check out the 2nd one and then will try to go back to sleep...just heard thunder in the distance and we are now getting rain so tomorrow (actually later today ) promises to be a good day for scrapping since it's supposed to rain all day!
In regards to getting photo from your phone to the computer, I emailed the photo to myself. I then copied and pasted it from my email to the site here. It would take forever if I connected the cable from the phone to the computer and transferred the photos. I decrease the size of the photo before I email it to myself, that way I don't have to play around with it on the computer, and later I can connect and transfer the full size photo when I have the time.
I finally got the chance to view all the sketch choices...what options! I think I'm going to have to do a DPS cause I've got 8-10 pics to use and there is NO way to fit them all on one page with the sketches in the challenge. Now to choose which one or ones to use before the next challenge starts! Can't wait!
Fun challenge!! Here is my page. I wish it looked better as the colors go together better but... what can you do??? Hope its ok that I added a couple small embellishments (I smeared the glue and had to hide it!!!)
After many interruptions today, I finally was able to complete the download so here is my page. I used Pencillines sketch 234 and added the bottom portion of the page. Was going to place the 4 strips on a single mat but it didn't look right so I deleted it from the page.
DGS took 2nd place in the "Bear" division and 2nd runner up in the pack overall so he's going to be advancing to the next level with his car on April 14. More pictures to take and hopefully another page to be added beside this one.
