Default New Use for Heat Tool

After lusting for a particular arbor on which to grow my wisteria and autumn clematis, I caved and ordered it through BHG. Got it two days ago and now since the humidity has dropped and I can once again move without sticking to myself, I took it out of the box to put it together.

Seems it comes with weather protection sleeves made of rubber which must be fitted over each joint. Each joint is male/female and the female end was too big to slide the sleeve over.

Heat tool to the rescue! Warmed the rubber sleeves, stretched them a wee bit, slid them over the female end and slipped the male portion right into place. Worked like a charm.

If the heat tool hadn't worked, I was going for the K-Y Jelly.
