I combined this with the sketch challenge from yesterday. I really like how it turned out. I got the idea from a card my mom made a few years ago with the old retired tool set. I came up with the pegboard for the background. Hope you like it!
My 3 grandchildren, I love being a Grandma! My profile picture is a 5 generations picture with my granddaughter. I'm the one in the pink. lol (Back Right) Too fun.

Oh I'm so bad... I actually left work EARLY so I could get home and stamp before I had to go get the kids... LOL! It's all good tho - all my work was done!
I must be psychic, or psycho, not sure which. I did a card the other day that was nearly all metal, or metal themed. I know that's totally cheating but...eh, that's ok.
Mine is a strange little card this time! I had threatened before to do something with a piece of guitar string that I had found a while back, and I decided that today should be the day I oughta try it. It was hard to do because almost any kind of background seemed to overwhelm the tiny thing, so I had to keep it very plain. It's definitely different! It's more Classical than Heavy Metal though, LOL.
Here's my card which fulfilled two challenges this week, the color and the ways to use it challenge. Caribbean Delight.

What a fun challenge. I am such an austere stamper and need encouragement to use more embellishments, especially metal. Here's my card Marilyn by glenda s at Splitcoaststampers
I used aluminum foil and ran it through my cuttlebug for this one. I thought it would look cool with the classic cars, but then I changed directions with it. Here's Mine: Fish Wish
These brass snaps were a lot of fun and really easy to use. Just punch a wee hole and snap the back and front on around the paper. I liked yesterday's sketch challenge so much I decided to use it again.
This was a fun challenge. Postage will be a little extra, but worth it. And I got to use a Whipper Snapper stamp that I really enjoy. I hope you like this heavy card. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
