OK, finally got it done - this is for my DH for our anniversary - the button isn't dried yet, but the loop will go up around the button - there is also velcro for a closure.

This is so funny! I was planning on working on a notebook today for a Back-to-School Camp I'm having on the 30th!
My 11 year old dd helped design the front last night (on paper only so far), so I can't wait to play!!!
