I love letters. Big letters, tiny letters, letters in the mail, monograms etc. I hope you'll join us for today's challenge finding ways to use them in your project. Cards, layouts, altered projects are all great. Get creative and have some fun with it!
Many of you know that I created the Ways to Use It Challenge on Splitcoaststampers.com a long time ago. I can hardly believe we’re at challenge #299 and it’s been almost 6 years. It’s been a joy, an inspiration, and a wonderful way to be part of the SCS community. I’ve made some wonderful friends, pushed my creativity, learned many things. It’s also been a very large commitment and after spending most of 2010 considering it, I’ve decided that WT300 will be my last challenge. I know I’m going to miss it but it is time.
This doesn't mean the end of the Ways to Use it Challenge. I've found a wonderful replacement that will be perfect for continuing the challenge. Next week we'll have a fun challenge and I'll tell you who she is then. It also won't be the end of me on SCS. I love this community and will still be around.
Please remember to put WT299 in the keywords section and post a link back here so that we can all see your work. Please link only newly uploaded creations for this challenge. We want to inspire you to create something new.
Awww, Julia, you will be missed as the Ways To Use It Challenge Hostess, but we understand when something has to come to an end. Best wishes and big hugs to you!!

Almost 300. Whoo hoo! Thanks for all you have done as hostess. I have enjoyed your challenges and I look forward to seeing what our new hostess has in store.
If you feel the time is right to move on, then it is - but you will be missed and I'm glad you say you'll still be around SCS. I'll save my congratulations till next week, but if I'm right it's the only one of the weekly challenges that has had one hostess from the start!
I'll be along later - still recovering from a long walk in the snow yesterday.
We'll miss you, Julia, but I can totally understand that you need time for other things. Thank you for all the years of fun challenges. WT has always been one of my favorites.
So sorry...you will be missed. Thank you for all the inspiration you have given everyone especially me. I have been stretched in ways that I never thought possible. A big large
THANK YOU!
Julia, we will miss you. Thanks so much for all the wonderful challenges you have given us. I'm glad you'll be around to continue inspiring us!! Thanks for finding a replacement!

A BIG BIG thank you to you, Julia for all you have done to make this a fun challenge week in and week out. I'm sure 300 is a record of endurance here! You will be missed! Good fortune on all of your future endeavors.
I don't know if I interpreted today's challenge correctly, but I did use letters...although all the thinking was done for me...thanks to the stamp itself.
Julia -- I follow you here, and I enjoy your presence in the various magazines I subscribe to. You make great contributions to the stamping community! Thanks for your service. I'm glad to hear you will still be around.
I'll miss you here.
AND I look forward to what the new hostess will bring!
OMG Julia....has it really been almost 6 years?!? Thank you again for your dedication and wonderful inspirations thru out these very creative years. Happy Holidays to you and your family too. Your long time SCS friend, nancy
Oh, no; say it isn't so. I have never posted a card on SCS but I often make them and I always love the challenges you come up with . You will be missed but I'll still be looking for you around SCS. You're a very creative person. Many blessings to you and your family as the holidays and the new year approach.
Thanks for all of the great challenges, Julia!! You've always made the Ways to Use It challenge so much fun. I'm looking forward to #300 next week, but will miss your wonderful hostessing. The best of luck to you!!
For my letters, I went with the {tiny} ones in vintage text:
