Hello everyone...it's time for another Ways To Use It Challenge! I love the way sponging makes the panels on a card or project look finished. Sponging can be used to distress your creation or it can be used with masking to create a shape for stamping collage elements. So today we're going to see how creative you can be with your sponging ...your challenge is to use Sponging somewhere on your card or project! Have fun with this one!

Since, alas, the promised sun hasn't materialised and it's back to grey here, I think I can combine this perfectly with the idea I had for yesterday's sketch which I didn't have time to make yesterday.

Love this challenge, Cathy. Wish I was home to play. I am in Atlanta helping my son who was in an auto accident. My stamp room is missing me. Enjoying everyone's cards.

My card today doesn't have "exceptional" sponging, just distressed edges. I hope later today, to have more time to do a more creatively sponged card that I have in mind. THANKS FOR LOOKING!
I haven't shared a card in the gallery for ages, but I just had to share this one when I saw today's challenge. I LOVE looking at all the fabulous cards here...so much inspiration in one place. Finding the time to leave comments on all the cards I admire is a real challenge, but I've been trying to do more of it recently. I really do appreciate everyone's creativity though.

Wow, sponging is something I do on a regular basis on my cards. Can't wait til the end of the work day and I can work on something awesome for this challenge. Thanks.
Yea! I finally got to play late last night. i made my card to by like CathyMac's. I just learned how to do the clouds and wanted to try that, plus I love her card! Something was missing though, and I couldn't figure out what it was. Once I had the fence, grass, and flowers on I realized it was the sunburst. That was one of my fav. parts! How could I forget to try that! Oh well, there will be another card - another day. I 'll just try it later. Thanks to everyone for all the inspiration. I've seen so many pretty cards.
