Did I promise no more books - I think I need an intervention! I have a WS tonight - and figured - make some of these beauties for door prizes...
Lacyquilter (Melody's) notebook was totally case-able - so I made one of those -- LOVED that she put the ww tab across the corner, but I decided to change it up a wee bit....made another one for my new neighbor - and made a real red/gable green one!
Fun Fun Fun!! Love this challenge, and it was a true challenge (to find the little books!). At our Wally's they were in the craft section (where the fabric is), with someother scrapbook stuff. I didn't realize they came in cellophane with stickers and die-cuts to decorate them so I was looking with the stationary stuff first. But I love a good scavenger hunt! thanks for the challenge!
Wow ladies! I am blown away with all the participation and creativity! I'm working my way through them all slowly...been busy with a birthday and a PA day.
BUMMER! I live in Germany, and they don't have Wal-marts or Targets or Michaels, so I asked my friend in the states to send some little journals to me...she did, but they got lost in the mail. Salt in my wound :(
Have fun ladies Can't wait to move back to the states!
I found some mini scrapbook albums (3X3) at Wal-mart but at double the price you are all paying.:( Anyways, DD and I made this simple, cute little mini album up for her friend that just moved away.
Finally got this done for this challenge! Didn't really watch the superbowl since our beloved Patriots weren't there this year---only caught bits and pieces so I was able to get this done. Pending as of 7:15am EST.
Thanks for looking! Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
My photo is approved now! 8:20am EST

Happily stampin' away the day!
A little late, but here is mine. It is my first solo attempt. My demo "StampGirl" did one at a S10 once that was so cute (I use it as my constantly growing wish list) and I have been meaning to do one for a long time. I used a mini notepad from WalMart: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

Okay, I had a journal I could use this week and I was so excited to have the right supplies. I haven't had the right stuff for a few weeks now to join in and man do I get bummed when I read the list and can't play.
I got the ribbon off the gift basket Keiki Cards sent me for sending out the birthday cards (I love to recycle) and the journal was found at the Target dollar spot last summer. Here's my project
Location: in my "crapbooking" room, so my husband says!

I thought it was pretty easy to take the coil out cover the front and back cover, punch the holes and restack and thread the coil. Here is something I did a couple weeks ago for my daughter. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I looked at this today and because I am new to the sight I hadn't done any challenges until this week but I came up with this today. I just couldn't pass this one up! Hope you like it! Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

This challenge got me into gear to do something I needed to do anyways, make a gift for my grandmothers 75th birthday, she really loved it, along with the cards and knify knitter scarf I made for her.
