Oh what fun Julia, I didn't have to go far for my feild trip, into my sticker box where I have a ton of stickers etc. that I have gotten from the dollar store. --Then I had to look through all of them, remembering why I bought them.
Lots of fun, I should not be allowed to buy any more stuff, until I use up some of what I've got. Shhhhhhhhh, don't tell my hubby I said that.
I had too much fun, I picked my colors from these butterflies {that I bought ages ago, from the dollar store}. --I could make a billion cards just using my sticker box. They are raised stickers, dimensionals, but they call them stickers on the package by Sandylion.
Good! I can do this and not even have to make a special trip. I have used these gift bags in several cards - this time in a Valentine. Each bag was $1, I think, and they have lasted a long time! Great challenge.
Rats! I just got back from Target! Oh, well, here are some notebooks I decorated for my son's teachers at the beginning of the school year. The composition books were on clearance at TARGET (50 cents) and the rub on words came from the clearance pile at Hobby Lobby.
This is the second card for todays challenge, The BUTTERFLY stamp was a gift from my 7 yo grandson. ( I did something wrong the first time I tried to post and it ended up starting a new thred, Sorry) Must be my naptime lol

I finally finished it. I enjoyed being **made** ;) to go to the Dollar Tree. We moved here last July and I had yet to make it there! Only wish I had had more time to look around.
here's one for me...I know its not WT95, I already edited the photo to say
WT94, it just hasn't had a chance to actually change yet!
thanks for looking...

And though I haven't really had the opportunity to get to know anyone on SCS-- I am really appreciative of all the inspiration that you all give me! Thank you-- and will post soooooon!!!!

Not much a field trip for me today so had to look to my stash. I got these stickers at local dollar store (they were $2.00 though.......sorry if that's a cheat). Anyhow when I got them way back when, I thought that I would use them in my daughter's scrapbook.......that hasn't happened (yet).
Anyways. TFL.
Here is my evening's entertainment. I use this journal/diaries as gifts all the time. I really like the kraft colored covers. It is easy to stamp directly on and easy to decorate.
This is my first attempt at this challenge. Went to Michaels tonight and found some stationary for $1.00 and lots of matching ribbon and stickers-- LOVE this effect-- but not so sure about the attempt.
There are a lot of great cards done for this challenge. I've been shopping all day, so haven't had time to make a card, although I have quite a bit of dollar store stuff.

O.K. i just had to try one more. My dollar store item is my ribbon. I just got this stamp set Mini Mates and just realized that every stamp image has a heqrt on it. --Too cute.--
I can't stop piercing, I find it relaxing. --I think I need help.
This is such a great challenge! I don't have time to play tonight, but I will have so much fun with this tomorrow. In the meantime, here is a 3-D picture I made this summer using a shadowbox frame from the dollar store. TFL!
Well things are going better in the craftroom today. This was done for three challenges, sc105, wt94 and lsc97. The first one I didnt like, but the second one came out a little better. For the sc105 I used a circle. Wt94, I live a hour away for the dollar store, so I started looking through my stuff, the hard part was remembering where I got things. This dog was bought at big lots, still had sticker on it, big help and it was a dollar. Lsc97 on the second card the saying is from word stamp boy by colorbox, had to have it and never used it! The cardstock is all not stampin up, my girlfriend who doesnt stamp anymore gave me about 200 pre folded cards that I never use! Thanks for the great challenges this week, Im off to get ready for my first workshop!
